Common questions about the Travel & Tours app.
Do I need WhatsApp to use the Travel & Tours app?
No. The app works in Scratchboard on its own. Connect a WhatsApp number through the Libromi Team Inbox to work from the chat sidebar and send quotes, reminders and itineraries automatically.
Can my agents see our costs and margins?
No. Agents see the selling price only. Supplier costs and margins are visible to the Travel Manager.
How are WhatsApp messages sent outside the 24-hour window?
The app comes with 14 WhatsApp message templates. They are submitted for Meta approval when your workspace is linked to the Team Inbox. Until a template is approved, the trip owner is asked to send that message by hand.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. If you connect Stripe, the app creates a payment link for each instalment. Otherwise you can paste your own payment link, and the reminders include it.
Can I change the stages, fields or messages?
Yes. Everything the app installs can be edited with the visual builders or by asking the AI Builder, for example to add a trip type or change when reminders go out.
