Sound familiar?
The everyday problems the International Removals & Relocation app takes off your plate.
Quotes take days and get lost
The surveyor's notes, the volume and the rates sit in different places. The quote goes out late, and nobody knows which version the customer said yes to.
Crews and trucks double booked
Two jobs land on the same crew on the same morning. The customer finds out when nobody turns up.
Customers keep asking where their shipment is
Once the container leaves, updates depend on calls to the partner agent. Documents for customs are chased at the last minute, and storage invoices are forgotten.
How it works
From the first message to a finished job, step by step.
- 1
Enquiry and survey
A move is created from the WhatsApp conversation and assigned. Book an in-home survey, or send the video survey guide so the customer can film each room.
- 2
Inventory and quote
Record the inventory by room, with volumes from the item catalogue. Build the quote from your lane rate card in any currency and send it as a PDF on WhatsApp.
- 3
Accept and plan
The customer replies ACCEPT with the quote number. The move gets its legs and document checklist, the deposit is requested, and crews and trucks are booked by half day.
- 4
Pack, ship and track
The customer gets a pre-move checklist and a message the day before the crew comes. Each leg moves through packing, export customs, freight, import customs and delivery, with milestone and ETA updates.
- 5
Deliver, store and close
Record the delivery and its condition, then ask for feedback. Goods kept in storage are billed every month. Claims are handled item by item within the claim window.
What's inside

Customers and corporate accounts
Private customers, and companies that move their staff, with the company allowance, credit limit and HR contact.
Inventory and item catalogue
Items by room with volume in cbm or cft, fragile and high-value flags, declared values, and condition at packing and delivery.
Quotes and rate cards
Quotes built from lane rate cards (sea groupage or container, air, road, local) with revisions, approval and an ACCEPT code.
Legs and partner agents
The move in legs (packing, export customs, freight, import customs, delivery) with carrier, container and ETA, and the partner agent abroad.

Tax invoices with deposit and balance schedules, payments, receipts and refunds.
Storage contracts

Claims
Damage and loss claims with the items, photos, insurer and settlement.
Runs itself
Automations that are switched on when you install the app.
- First-reply alert to the team lead when nobody answers an enquiry within 15 minutes
- Survey reminder the day before an in-home or live survey
- Quote follow-ups after 1, 3 and 7 days until the customer replies; quotes past their validity are marked Expired
- An ACCEPT reply with the quote number accepts that quote, and the move gets its legs, document checklist and confirmation
- Document requests with chasers after 3 and 7 days, then a task for the coordinator
- Pre-move checklist 7, 3 and 1 days before packing, and a message to the customer the day before the crew comes
- Payment reminders 3 days before, on the due date and 3 days after; the team lead is alerted at 7 days overdue and the manager at 15
- The destination partner gets the instruction once the freight leaves, and an ETA reminder before arrival; the customer is told when the ETA changes
- Monthly storage invoices on each contract's date, with a nightly check for unpaid storage and billing gaps
- After delivery: the claim window, a reminder 3 days before it ends, and a 1–5 rating request; a rating of 4 or 5 gets your review link
- Corporate return moves flagged 120 and 60 days before the assignment ends
- Partner and vehicle document expiry reminders 60, 30 and 7 days ahead; a vehicle with an expired document is blocked

Questions
Common questions about the International Removals & Relocation app.
Do I need WhatsApp to use the International Removals & Relocation app?
No. The app works in Scratchboard on its own. Connect a WhatsApp number through the Libromi Team Inbox to work from the chat sidebar and send quotes, crew updates and shipment milestones automatically.
How are WhatsApp messages sent outside the 24-hour window?
Inside the 24-hour window, messages go out as normal chat replies. Outside it, the app uses its 29 WhatsApp message templates, which are submitted for Meta approval when your workspace is linked to the Team Inbox. The templates are in English. Until a template is approved, the coordinator is asked to send that message by hand.
Why does the customer reply ACCEPT with a quote number?
So the right quote is accepted, even when several people share a phone or an HR contact handles more than one move. A reply on an old or expired quote is flagged to the coordinator instead.
Does the app tell me the customs rules for each country?
It ships document checklists for 12 countries as a starting point. Customs rules differ by country and change often, so they are not legal advice: your destination agent confirms the final list, and you can edit every checklist.
Can a crew or truck be booked twice?
No. Crews, trucks and storage vaults are booked by half day or by contract, and a clashing booking is refused. Blocked days and reschedules free or move the booking.
How do corporate moves work?
A corporate account holds the company's allowance, credit limit and HR contact. The move gets a company quote and an assignee quote, and HR can receive status updates.
Can I change the rate cards, stages or messages?
Yes. Everything the app installs can be edited with the visual builders or by asking the AI Builder, for example to add a lane rate card or change when payment reminders go out.
